2019-20 Support Personnel Accountability Report Cards (SPARC)

The SPARC is an annual, voluntary, continuous improvement process where schools create a short, easy-to-read report identifying key career and college readiness student outcomes achieved through Student Support Team contributions and collaborative work.

Schools use SPARCs to show school boards, community partners, parents, and other stakeholders the success of their Student Support System. Examples of Student Support Team student outcome successes:

  • Anaverde Hills K–8 Elementary School has a 100 percent promotion rate!

  • Blair Middle and High School’s seniors provided over 2,000 work-based learning hours to their local community!

  • Hillview Middle School has all eighth-grade students complete the California CareerZone’s Interest ProfilerExternal Link and use their results to explore career options, match options to their interests, detail education needed, income potential, and job availability.

SPARC also provides a conduit for sharing program and contact information with other schools' Student Support Teams.
